Repairs & Maintenance
Only emergency repairs will be accepted verbally.
All other repairs are to be put in writing, using the Repair Request forms provided in your Tenant Folder. These may be faxed to 99084770, or posted. You may also request repairs on-line using the maintenance request form below or simply email us at pm@shorepartners.com.au.
It is sometimes necessary to obtain the Landlord�s approval and/or quotes before any work can commence, so please allow time for these to occur.
If firm arrangements regarding access for any trades people are not kept by you, the call-out charge will be passed to you for payment.
If you lease a house, terrace or a semi, the upkeep of the gardens and grounds are your responsibility.
